This service streamlines outage reporting and keeps members informed with real-time text alerts through SmartHub. To use it, members must have their mobile number linked to their FEC account or meter. Those already receiving texts from FEC are set up and ready to go. For multiple accounts or setup help, members can call (979) 968-3181. FEC continues to lead with member-focused technology, with more innovations coming soon.
In celebration of National Co-op Month, Fayette Electric Cooperative and Colorado Valley Communications teamed up for their 8th Annual Document Shred Day on October 3. The event provided members a secure way to dispose of documents while supporting the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter, raising $1,500 in donations.
