Fayette Electric Cooperative’s 2025 member satisfaction survey results were submitted to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®). The co-op earned a score of 91 out of 100—ranking well above industry averages, including 17 points higher than the average investor-owned utility score of 74, as well as 16 points higher than the municipal utilities score of 75, per the industry ratings.
