This year Fayette Electric Cooperative will celebrate our 84th Annual Membership Meeting in a new way. With safety a primary concern, the board of directors discussed options for this year’s annual meeting and after careful consideration the decision was made to host FEC’s first-ever virtual annual membership meeting.
Management reports will be available for members to view Wednesday, July 21, on our website.
Members will vote in the four director elections by completing a mail-in ballot and submitting it to Survey and Ballot Systems by July 16. Members whose ballots are received by July 16 will be eligible for the door prize drawings. Winners will be listed on our website July 22.
Results from the director elections will be announced by the cooperative’s legal counsel during the July 21 virtual meeting.
We look forward to your participation in our 2021 annual meeting and hope to be able to meet safely with our members in-person in 2022 when FEC will celebrate its 85th anniversary.
