As a 24/7 energy provider, CIPCO is able to meet its Member-owners' needs with a diverse fuel mix of coal, hydroelectric, wind, solar, landfill gas, natural gas and oil energy resources.

    Reporting Power Outages Just Got Easier

    Fayette Electric Cooperative has introduced a new, convenient way for members to report power outages by simply texting “out” to 1-844-971-1048. This service streamlines outage reporting and keeps members informed with real-time text alerts through SmartHub. To use it, members must have their mobile number linked to their FEC account or meter. Those already receiving texts from FEC are set up and ready to go. For multiple accounts or setup help, members can call (979) 968-3181. FEC continues to lead with member-focused technology, with more innovations coming soon.
