Fayette Electric Cooperative, Inc. has partnered with EXO to inspect steel and concrete electrical poles within its service territory. The project will begin on February 17 in the Weimar area, including Holman, Dubina, New Bielau, Osage, and Oakland.
Crews will operate Monday through Saturday, working 10-hour days to ensure the project is completed efficiently.
EXO's team will include one to two 2-man crews traveling in gray Ford F-150 pickups marked with the EXO and FEC logos. They will also utilize ATVs with trailers to access poles across the cooperative’s service area. The crews will be outfitted in full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety vests, steel-toed shoes, and gloves.
